The T.R.E.W.E. program will help you establish long-term lifestyle changes. We will provide you the necessary tools to start and continue a health program. This is not just about exercising. It is about choosing the right nutrition and achieving a healthy weight. It is about being empowered with a positive mental focus. We want to help you decide what makes you feel great. This program is a nine-week commitment that includes a two-month membership to Health Ambitions, education on related topics, a metabolic reading and a variety of exercises.
Wellness Coaching offers you a detailed assessment of your overall wellness. We begin with an interview regarding your wellness goals then assess your strength, flexibility and cardiovascular levels. Upon completion of the assessment, we develop your personal wellness program. An Exercise Specialist will also complete follow-ups with you and a post assessment to measure your improvement. Our goal is to provide a more complete and specific program to help you meet your goals and to objectively measure your progress.
This testing procedure measures your Baseline Metabolic Rate (BMR), which is essential to planning your diet and exercise program. It will tell you how many calories your body burns in a resting state for a 24-hour period. This figure can then be used to calculate how to diet and how much exercise is needed to meet your goals. Fee $55 - 30 minute consult or $65 for two consults for non-members / $40 - 30 minute consult or $50 for two consults for members

Physician-ordered Exercise
The Cardiac Rehab II Program is designed to assist individuals who have just had a cardiac event (such as heart attack, bypass surgery, angioplasty) and have a high risk factor (such as
angina, high cholesterol or high blood pressure) to work toward cardiovascular fitness. Medical
personnel and exercise specialists provide a safe atmosphere while supervising the program. There are also many educational resources and opportunities to ask questions about medications,
diet and the disease process. Perhaps the most beneficial aspect is the support that develops among the participants.
Cardiac Rehab Phase II requires a cardiac-related disease and a doctor’s prescription and is covered by most insurance.
