Where can a visitor get coffee and something to eat?
The ArtWalk Café is open daily with a wide variety of menu items for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The hours of operation for the ArtWalk Café are:
- Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m.-6:30 p.m.
- Weekends and Holidays 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Coffee is available in the family dining areas located on each floor.
For the gourmet coffee enthusiast, The Coffee Cart, located in the Main Lobby, is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Is it OK to bring food from home for a patient in Longmont United Hospital?
Our family kitchens offer unique options for patient dining. Food may be prepared here or brought from home, if it has been arranged with your nurse and is allowed in the diet prescribed by your physician.
What if I want a second opinion?
Second opinions are not uncommon. Discuss your desire for another opinion with your physician.
How can my family and friends call me?
All calls are routed through the hospital switchboard, 303.651.5111. The operator will transfer calls to your room, unless you have requested otherwise. The telephone in your room is not accessible directly from outside the hospital.
Are cell phones allowed in the hospital?
Cell phones are allowed in all public areas of the hospital and in patient rooms.
When is the Gift Shop open?
The Gift Shop is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and on weekends from noon to 4:00 p.m. The gift shop has many items, such as magazines, card, flowers, gifts and candy. The Longmont United Hospital Volunteers sponsor the Gift Shop. The Gift Shop is located in the hospital’s main lobby. The phone number is 303.485.4173.
Is there RTD bus service available to the hospital?

Is there curb-to-curb service?
Longmont Call-N-Ride is a curb-to-curb service that can be scheduled two hours to two weeks in advance. For direct assistance, call 303-994-3551 or visit Longmont Call-N-Ride.

Treat yourself to valet parking!
Longmont United Hospital offers FREE valet parking to all of our patients and visitors. Simply drive to the main entrance and our friendly parking attendants will keep your car safe until you are ready to leave. Plus, they have a strong commitment to making your visit as comfortable and convenient as possible. Our valet service operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and tipping is not required!
