"At Milestone, it is our goal to provide comprehensive healthcare for all ages in a caring and supportive environment. We view the doctor-patient relationship as a partnership based on mutual respect and understanding, and actively listen to our patient’s concerns. We then address those concerns as a team while keeping the well- being of the whole patient at the forefront. We believe that preventive healthcare measures, such as annual physicals and regular well-child exams, provides the foundation for a healthy lifestyle. We also recognize the importance of treating acute needs in a timely fashion and have adapted our office schedule to be able to accommodate those needs.

Katherine "Lynn" Walker, M.D.
The United Medical Center Milestone Family Medicine is proud to welcome Dr. K. Lynn Walker!
Dr. Walker considers the opening of Milestone Family Medicine to be one of the highlights of her medical career thus far. She has enjoyed building a thriving practice in Longmont over the past five years. Now she has the opportunity to invite her existing patients, and welcome new ones, to join her in a practice that she has been able to create with the generous support of Longmont United Hospital.
Dr. Walker is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. She completed her internship and residency in Lancaster, PA at one of the most well-recognized family medicine programs in the country. She attended medical school in her hometown of Louisville, KY. Her undergraduate degree is in Latin American Studies from Northwestern University in Chicago. Dr. Walker has hospital privileges at Longmont United Hospital.
Dr. Walker and her husband have made Niwot their home for the past five years. They enjoy participating in outdoor activities including Dr. Walker being an active volunteer ski patrol. Dr. Walker also seeks opportunities to use her medical Spanish skills and to give back to the underserved. As recently as 2006, she participated in medical mission trips.
Vickie Landreth, RN, MSN, FNP
Vickie has been a nurse for two decades since receiving her BSN from William Jewell College in Liberty, Missouri in 1988. She recently graduated with honors from the family nurse practitioner program at Regis University, receiving her Masters Degree in Nursing in 2007. The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners has certified her to provide care for family members across the lifespan with a focus on wellness and prevention. She enjoys building relationships with her patients and partnering with them to achieve individualized health goals.
