Matthew Brett, M.D.

The United Medical Center of Lyons is proud to welcome Dr. Matthew Brett!

Dr. Brett comes to us from the Salud Family Health Center in Longmont.

He is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice and completed his MD at New York Medical College. Dr. Brett is married with two children, and has resided in Lyons for six years. Dr. Brett has hospital privileges at Longmont United Hospital.

Caryn Sheftel, RN, MSN, FNP

Caryn joined United Medical Center of Lyons in the fall of 2003 after graduating as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Massachusetts General Hospital’s Institute of Health Profession, a Harvard affiliated training program. Caryn is trained to provide health care for entire families, and enjoys the privilege of doing so in the Lyons community.

Vickie Landreth, RN, MSN, FNP

Vickie has been a nurse for two decades since receiving her BSN from William Jewell College in Liberty, Missouri in 1988. She recently graduated with honors from the family nurse practitioner program at Regis University, receiving her Masters Degree in Nursing in 2007. The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners has certified her to provide care for family members across the lifespan with a focus on wellness and prevention. She enjoys building relationships with her patients and partnering with them to achieve individualized health goals.
